If you use this site, you are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account and password and for restricting
access to your computer, and you agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur
under your subscription account or password.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may not
use this website. Option Genius reserves the
right to refuse service, terminate subscriptions,
remove or edit content, or cancel orders in
its sole discretion, and for any reason at any
time.
Subscription Term and Payment
Payment for your subscription(s) will be made
on the date you place your order for membership.
The subscription term(s) will commence on the
date you register for membership and continue
until terminated as provided below. Current
subscription rates are available elsewhere.
Subscription Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
However, there are no refunds or credits issued
for partially used or canceled subscriptions,
including annual and biannual subscriptions.
To cancel, you must log into the website, navigate
to the members area and cancel your subscription
manually. Simply sending us an email to cancel
is not sufficient.
If you intend to cancel your subscription
but fail to do so prior to your next billing
date, you consent and agree that no refund will
be forthcoming. We reserve the right to terminate
your subscription and use of the Service at
any time for any reason, including without limitation
any breach by you of this Agreement of these
Terms of Service.
Automatic Subscription Renewal
Your subscription(s) will renew automatically
according to the payment plan you selected and
authorized at the time of purchase, unless you
cancel your subscription prior to the billing
date. If you do not cancel your subscription
prior to your billing date, the then-applicable
subscription fee(s) will be billed automatically
to the credit card in our records.
Refunds
The guarantee period is for the
first 30 days of membership. There are no refunds
for membership after the first month, including
for those canceling membership and renewing
it several months later. The guarantee is only
to allow a trial of the service.
To request a refund, if you are
within your first month's subscription, cancel
your subscription and use the contact form to
ask for the refund. If we are not notified that
you want a refund, no refund will be given.

If you paid using your credit
card:
1. Login to this website with your username
and password.
2. Scroll down to the bottom on the first page
you see and click on the word "Cancel".
It is a blue link.
3. Click Ok when it asks to if you are sure
that you want to cancel. That's it.
If you paid using a Paypal Account:
1. Login to your Paypal account. 1.Log in to
your PayPal account.
2.Click the My Account tab.
3.Click the History subtab.
4.Click More filters, select Subscriptions and
agreements, and then click Subscriptions.
5.Change the date back to the year the subscription
was created, and then click Show.
6.Click Details next to the subscription.
7.Click Cancel Subscription.
