Here is how my trades have done
the past couple years. You can see the actual
trades for the most recent months once you become
a member. You can also compare how I did to
the S&P 500 index against which most mutual
and hedge funds are compared. (S&P numbers
provided by
Standard and Poors.) Keep in mind that the
majority of mutual funds do not do better than
the S&P.

Year of 2009
2009 was an interesting year. After the end
of the "Great Recession" the market
rallied just about all year long. Had a few
interesting trades and some mistakes were
made. But overall a very nice return was earned.
This was one of the few years when all you
had to do was but a stock or a call and wait.
Everything went up. Even so, option selling
startegies worked, and worked well. For whatever
reason, Stand and Poors stopped updated the
spreadsheet I used to list the returns of
the S&P 500 so I am going to stop comparing
my returns to it. I beat them every year anyway.

In September we had a much larger
loss than normal. The market was not acting
right and so I decided to stay out the market
in October. In hindsight, that was a good move.
Members were not charged any membership fee
for October and also for September since the
loss was so great.
